Friends and colleagues for 15 years, Ricky and Stefan possess a wealth of individual experience in all practical aspects of plumbing and heating services. In addition to this, they have detailed working knowledge and experience of running major, lucrative contracts within the industry. With a background of working for and being an important part of a leading environmental building organisation, they have gained a valuable insight into the factors required in order to build successful, long lasting business relationships.

This level of skill set, together with their trusted portfolio of sub contractors and genuine desire to provide the utmost service to their clients, Ricky and Stefan decided to combine forces to create RS Facilities Management Ltd.

Services offered range from assisting individual residents in their homes on an ad hoc basis, right through to providing a ‘one stop’ for those responsible for numerous properties (whether domestic or commercial), also on an ad hoc basis or as part of an annual package which they believe is the ultimate way to take away the pressure of facilities issues, allowing the client to concentrate on other areas of property management. For this reason, RS Facilities Management Ltd would be pleased to discuss any matter within the ambit of their services offered, regardless of size or frequency required.

Within the above mentioned organisation, Ricky and Stefan were fortunate enough to work under the leadership of their well respected Directors. In memory of one of the Directors and due to his lasting positive influence, they strive to create a reliable, transparent and skillful working ethic.
